Hello everyone,

I know I haven't been posting as much as I've wanted to, but things have popped up that lead for me to go on a extended hiatus. Due to an elderly relative receiving spinal surgery, I've been busy caring for them. No worries, they are recovering nicely. I've tried to stick with sketching every now and then, but I freaking miss working with digital art.

I do wish to inform some that I will be going through lots of changes and I will be needing to raise some much needed funds. So hopefully by the beginning of April, I'll be back in my work-space, producing new art. I have a huge project in mind, and it includes going through my LONG list of OCs (both old and partially new), retouching them a bit, and hopefully selling them to good homes.

Hey everyone,

I know it's been a while since I've posted anything, but I've been having a bit of a rough set of months. Things are starting to calm down and I'm slowly coming out of my slums; little by little. Though, because of some recent events, I'm in need of some money. Every little bit helps, but I'm not one for being a charity case, so I'm hoping to sell some left over adopts as well as sock plushies.

Hi everyone,

I know there has been a lack of activity from my part; this included my production of adopts, etc. A lot has been happening this month, and towards the end of July, I ended having to stay with my grandmother due to her having health problems. She's getting much better though, so no worries. But because of this, I've not been able to draw as much as I wanted; least not digitally. I'm hoping by the end of this week I'll be able to go back home and catch up with old drawings I've been trying to work one.

Like it says in big bold letters, this is art theft in a whole new level. It's un-fucking-believable. I am simply shocked, disgusted, and just plain pissed off...and it's not even my work. But I can only imagine if this was my work, and I'm pretty sure artists all over can relate. So please, take the time to read through KiRAWRa's journal and latest update; I shall link them below. 

I consider her as a close friend, she is so sweet, and a wonderful artist to boot, who honestly doesn't deserve this. Hell, no artist deserves this! For something like this to happen to her, and to such a high extent, it's unbelievable. It's times like this that I wish I could help financially, but so far I can only spread the word and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else I care for.

You don't have to donate, but just spreading the word and perhaps giving some friendly advise might help the situation, but thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to read this.

Art Theft on Alibaba, Removing DBH StoreI like to think my journals are generally cheery, but I've got a bit of a downer story today. 
In December I was notified by someone that the website Alibaba/AliExpress was selling my Yin Yang Rats design. If you're not familiar, Alibaba (and its various other domains) is a Chinese-based conglomerate website that sells goods both in bulk and individually to consumers. It is made up of smaller retailers, very much like a Chinese version of Amazon. It can be a good resource if you're looking to bulk order supplies for your company, but it's also run completely rampant with art theft, which I am now also a victim of. 
Now if this were any old case of art theft, a Cease & Desist and Takedown notice would usually be enough to stop the action in its tracks. Alibaba however, is not some wayward person trying to say my art is theirs. Alibaba is a billion dollar company made up of thousands of retailers
